Pre-entry requirement

These courses are designed for the Clinical Physiotherapist, Pilates instructors and Exercises physiologists. Fitness Instructors will need Matwork qualifications in levels 1 and 2 Matwork as a prerequisite to Equipment courses.

Balls, Bands and Roller attendees may BYO Swiss Balls and Rollers and Bands or may arrange to purchase them (prices available upon request.)

All courses typically start at 9am and finish at 5pm on each scheduled day.
