  • Level 4 Pilates Instructor with 5 years clinical experience
  • 25 years experience as a professional classical dancer
  • Lectured in universities internationally.
  • Former lecturer at QUT in Creative Industries (6 years)

  • Author of Safe Dance I and Safe Dance II 1991 and 1997
  • BFA (Bachelor in Fine Arts and Anatomy)
  • Double major in Physiology and Psychology
