Course Enrolment

  1. Click on the icon for the PDF or Word Document.
  2. If the document opens, go to step 6.
  3. Click on "Save" to Save the document to a place on your computer, such as the Desktop.
  4. Find the document that you just saved.
  5. Open the document.
  6. Print the document.
  7. Fill out the form and fax or mail it to us.
