This course will cover over 40 new exercises to add to your class repertoire.
Assessment
- Attendance at the course
- Completion of work book and submitting this to Pilates Institute of Queensland for assessment
- Logging 30 hours of practicing the exercises
- Logging 15 hours of instructing family and friends
- Present a class at one of our venues or produce a video of yourself taking a class using level 2 exercises
