The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to provide a sound understanding of the history, principles, and basic Pilates exercises regimes for clinical therapists. It is to provide a practical application of these exercises to the clinical setting and appropriate selection of exercises for physiotherapy clients with back pain and other clinical conditions, thus enhancing the repertoire of the treating physiotherapist.
